CCPS monitoring weather for Class of 2023 graduations
Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) has an inclement weather plan in place for all high school graduation outdoor ceremonies set for May 30 through June 2 at Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf. Staff is closely monitoring the weather forecast for Charles County and if necessary, CCPS will activate inclement weather/rain plans using the following five dates and times (weather permitting): May 30, 5 p.m.; May 31, 5 p.m.; June 1, 5 p.m.; and June 2, 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Any changes to the graduation schedule will be announced in advance and shared with parents and students of the affected schools. CCPS will also post an announcement on the main website at www.ccboe.com, its social media outlets, and through email/phone/text message notification to high school parents.
